Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
    • In their original condition, with all tags attached.
    • Packed in the original packaging.
  3. Exclusions: Items purchased on clearance, as part of promotions, or custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

    • Order number.
    • Reason for the return.
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
